Real talk: I haven’t taken a musical theatre class since the end of March. In our old apartment, I never felt comfortable taking class because we didn’t have a ton of space and it just felt like I wasn’t dancing to my fullest, which made classes feel pointless. A big part of why Shawn and I moved to a new place was so I could have space to really dance and this new place just does the trick for that. I’ve really missed taking @sillybillygriffin’s class and today was just what I needed. It honestly felt like I was back in Studio 3 at @stepsonbroadway! And yes, I haven’t been wearing heels much at all lately so throwing on my @laducashoes (especially this pair that I haven’t worn in a REALLY long time because I’m obsessed with my boots) was a welcomed, albeit painful (from the massive blisters I gave myself 😂) challenge. Can’t wait to get back to a normal schedule of taking dance classes!
