I was so healthy before I came to Edinburgh. I was going to the gym 3-5 times a week. For at least 1.5 hours a day. I was intermittent fasting and I was eating no junk food or anything like that. I wasn’t even drinking. Then came to Edinburgh and everything went to shit, diet and lifestyle wise. Ate nothing but junk food and drank every week 2-3 times a week if not more. Partied almost every night. Didn’t go to the gym once but I did walk everywhere for 3 months. This is my first day back to the gym, here in Edinburgh. I’m actually shocked I’m not worse tbh! I’m still only a size 10! But not as fit as I want to be! So back on track. Been intermittent fasting since I started my new job. Going to the gym 3 times a week at least. By summer I plan to have awesome abs and a banging bum haha I’m also looking for pole dance classes and aerial hoop and belly dancing classes here in Edinburgh, so if anyone can share that with me please do!
