@dancingstarchampion liked for a starter!
{ ♞ } –— Kalos. Not a region Archer particularly cares for, but they food is decent enough. He seats himself in the chair of a rather intriguing cafe with but a simple glass of water. A stranger is next to him, someone he fails to recognize. He knows little about Kalos, after all.
“Excuse me.”

Diantha has her reasons for favoring Café Soleil above all other cafés in Lumiose. It’s a spot with people, a spot where she can talk to others, hear their stories...Perhaps she’s not always as social as her time on the silver screen makes others think, but she’s always willing to listen.
She sits with a cup of tea, the strong, earthy aroma of pu erh filling her nostrils. It’s not something she usually drinks, but it’s going to wake her up on such a morning. She’s still not entirely sure what Serena’s order is, and she supposes she’ll find out when the young Champion sits down across from her. She fully intends to cover whatever Serena wants - It’s going to be a long conversation between the two, she’s sure.
Diantha taps a finger against the table. She knows it’s bad on her nails, but she can fix that. She can always fix any little flaws in her appearance before stepping on set, ready to truly shine. If not her, then the crew working with her, the ones truly keeping everything in order.
Lost in thought, she barely notices that Serena sits down in front of her, and she almost jumps back in her seat. That...That was fast.
But now that she’s here, Diantha can finally speak with her about everything. The position of Champion. The Elites, and how she’ll work with them. Flare.
And of course, her drink of choice.
“Hello again, Serena.” Diantha’s voice comes out smooth as silk, composed and proper as always. “Would you care for a drink? I’ll be paying, so please, don’t hesitate to ask me for anything. It’s the least I can do for our newest Champion.”
