Questions:
1. Any books that have changed your life/had some profound impact on you, no matter how little?
Man. Oh man. leR me tALK To YoU ABOt THTe hOBBIT. but then also The Secret History by Donna Tartt because that shit fucked me up and its my fav everything so yeah.
2. Favourite childhood book?
In an attempt to not be too obvious and say HP I'm gonna go with like the complete works of Laura Trenter /violently waves Swedish flag/
3. Book you have read the most? (unless you are not someone who re-reads, in which case, book you probably would reread?)
I don't often reread books because there are so many books that I haven't read that I want to read. So a book that I would want to reread, and we discussed this before Beth and you made such a good point, is To Kill a Mockingbird. it's just such a complex book dealing with so many social issues and questions that I think I would enjoy reading about even more now that I'm, you know, mature and stuff. Which I totally am yes sir.
4. Do you think reading other forms of literature (poems, plays, etc.) compares to a good ol’ novel/book?
Not really poems, mostly because it usually requires so much analytical thinking just to understand what's going on (unless you're reading like wordsworth i guess) but when it comes to plays I usually enjoy reading those as much as I enjoy reading novels. If it's a good play obviously /clutches The Glass Menagerie to chest/
5. Have you ever read several works/the complete works of an author? (For instance, I have read like 10 Philippa Gregory novels) If so, which one?
Yeah I read quite a few of her books, though not past the White and Red Queen. I'm working my way through Tolkien, slowly but surely as well and I will be cracking on with Silm when my bank account permits ehehe
My Questions:
1. If you could trade lives with any character from a book, who would it be?
2. Which book would you most like to see turned into a film/tv show?
3. if you could only read 5 books for the rest of your life, which ones would you choose?
4. Marry Cliff Shag: JRR Tolkien, J.K. Rowling, William Shakespeare
5. Which was the last book you read and what did you think of it?
