1. Oh, man, I've been very very bad at writing regularly these days 😅 I'm still chipping away at "the cuckoo cries blood," which I desperately want to finish for real some day! I guess it stands on its own as is, but I did have at least a short resolution in mind for it and it just won't come out 😭 maybe I need to shift it to straight horror after all...? I also have a silly xianle quartet tgcf fic called "the one with the cursed sword (no, not that one") in the works! I also am trying to add ONE more scene to an otherwise-completed huafeng piece-- if I can finish it, I'll be over the moon!! :) Coughs politely. It is porn. I badly want it to be good <333
20. This is such a nice question!! I have a pretty stereotypical answer for it: I was a huge reader as a kid, tried my hand at poetry at around age 11, read so much fanfiction in the next year that I was like "hey, I wanna try that too," and the rest is history :) I think specifically what kickstarted my writing journey was writing a really terrible poem which was definitely inspired by the Sisters Grimm series (even though I tried convincing myself it was wholly original), and I still have it saved :) But I think my first genuine fanfic actually predates my first fandom era (Percy Jackson XD)... I was whumping Ash Ketchum lmaooo
38. Hmmm, I think I've alluded to this before, but I REALLY want to try writing a nonchronological gothic-style piece about yqy having left a fragment of himself in the caves!!! The idea was that people would start hearing sobbing from the Ling Xi caves, and yqy is the only person who can't hear it. If I were to flesh this out more, I think that inevitably sj would run into this "fragment" (not really a ghost, but not not a ghost, I think?) while cultivating in the caves, and then, um... Idk <3 The original style I envisioned would have had no resolution and been really really vague, but I'm demonstrably bad at keeping my gothic pieces properly open-ended, so maybe I should think more on this!!
