can anyone help me on this. I just got a new zayne four star memory and wanted to listen to his secret times but the download isn't working and stayed at 0. I tried use WIFI, mobile data, and even delete some of the downloads but nothing work. It also happened when I want to listen rafayel's tender moments 😭
