At long last, we are finally unleashing the FULL CAST RECORDINGS of my musical “The Material World,” featuring performances by the company of our 2012 production at Dixon Place, and our 2014 workshop at La MaMa! 

All told, you'll hear incredible performances by our unbelievable, superstar casts: Lisa Clair, Cole Escola, Amy Gironda, Natalie Joy Johnston, Molly Pope, Eleanor Reissa, Jed Resnick, Megan Stern, Sarah Stiles, and (WHAT!?!?!) Chip Zien! Tying it all together is the brilliant musical direction of genius auteur Dane Terry (buy his new album now!), guitar by Lior Ben-Abu Hadar, hot beats by Matt Katz, and production and mixing by my forever-sound-captain Casey Holford.

We had such a great time creating "The Material World," and making these recordings, and I'm so relieved to be able to share them with you.  Feel free to post them online, and pass them along to your friends, to help us keep this show alive between now and the moment when someone comes to their senses and produces it again!

My first solo album, "Sweet Chastity," is 10 years old this month.

This was the title track, which I made with César Alvarez, featuring vocals by Angela Carlucci and Crystal Madrilejos of The Baby Skins, Yoko Kikuchi and Ann Zakaluk of Dream Bitches, Toby Goodshank of everything, and, in a star turn as Christina Aguilera, Justin Tranter.

I was 22 when I wrote this song, and it includes the lyric, "I am so old." Haha. Sucker.
