ya that is very true i can hardly think of any bands without a bunch of very strong personalities maybe it's a label decision and that's why it's so widespread ? bc i kno there have got to be some spotlight hogging asshole singers out there, but there is no way that so many of them are like that..... at least i think/hope

god, me too..... it makes no sense either because it's not like the instrument you play correlates with your acting abilities ?? i mean i guess lead singers are usually like the frontman or whatever but man... in almost every video i watch that is like that it would be SO ENTERTAINING if instead of all those extra actors they had the ppl from the band and not just the singer !! i would LOVE that..... who knows.... maybe there's some secret club for everyone who isn't a singer and the first rule is they have to be extremely camera shy
