ah, but if you want to start a fandom music blog of your own, the first thing you’ll need to know is how frequently you’re going to update. we currently run at 7 posts per day from 12 am to 6 pm every day, with each post being set to post once every three hours. however, you could have a larger or smaller amount of posts per day, or update once every other day, whatever suits you! it’s possible you could go off of a “when i feel like it” schedule, but generally setting up a queue is a good idea for these kinds of blogs!
you should also establish a tagging system and try to be consistent with your tags (we kind of have trouble with that on here from time to time, but editing tags is always a possibility for better organization!). you have the option of putting a slash or two after a tag if you don’t want it to show up when someone looks in the actual tag. for example: tagging something as “#makoto naegi” will have it show up in the “makoto naegi” tag, while tagging it as “#makoto naegi //” won’t.
if someone sends in a request and you’re not sure if it’s already been sent in or done before, going through a relevant tag on your blog and searching to see if it’s already on the blog can be really helpful to prevent doubles from showing up!
