It wasn't as bad as the early descriptions made it sound, since Hancock wasn't a damsel in distress, but she was still used for fanservice a bunch and was barely shown to be a competent fighter at all. The plot with Burndy World wasn't bad, but Luffy being able to beat him felt ridiculous. I guess it's an average special with an average plot, some fun parts, and some predictable disappointments.
