pov i am addicted to making slasher ocs, this is dread and he has issues

Lorenzo was nervous as he sat in his car. It was his first day as a makeup artist on Broadway. After the multiple interviews and tests he was finally here. After checking himself in the mirror again to make her all his piercings looked alright and his hair was perfect, he got out of his car and entered the door he was told. As he entered, he noticed a few people laughing and standing around before turning towards him.
“Hey! You must be the new guy. I’m Marcus.” The male said as he walked to the other male. Ren smiles and held his hand out.
“I’m Lorenzo. I’m the new makeup artist.” The male spoke. Marcus walked over to the girls he was talking with a smiled.
“These are all my girlfriends: Miranda, Cindy and Alexa.” Marcus said. Ren nodded some as Miranda laughed softly at the boy.
“Marcus is gay and calls us his girlfriends. We’re all single, cutie.” Miranda said. Ren nodded some as he shifted uncomfortably before Marcus showed him to the small area he’d be working on.
“I think you’ll be practicing on Daniel today. He is such a cutie.” Marcus said. Lorenzo nodded some before Daniel came over with a few others. Once Ren saw the male, his eyes lit up.
“Hey, I’m Daniel.” The male spoke to the boy. Lorenzo nodded some and tried to keep the blush that covered his cheeks at bay.
“I-I’m Lorenzo or you can be Ren.” Ren said as he looked at Daniel. His green eyes sparkled some as Daniel looked at Ren’s different colored eyes.
“Wait, do you have a green eye and a blue eye?” Daniel asked as he leaned forward in his seat. Ren’s face was beyond red as he turned to the makeup and supplies he had.
“Y-yeah. My mom has green eyes and my dad has blue. I got the best of both worlds.” Lorenzo laughed softly. Daniel chuckled as he watched the male.
“So, what’s the plan today, Ren? We’re not really doing much today, just practicing songs and dance.” Daniel explained as he pulled his phone out of his pocket. Ren looked over all things he had before quickly thinking up an idea.
“Have you ever… had your makeup done like a drag queen?” Ren asked. Daniel raised his brow and smirked at the boy.
“No, I haven’t. Is that what you plan? Well, then make me beautiful.” Daniel laughed softly as Ren quickly got to work on the boy.
“How long have you been doing makeup? Like this kind of stuff?” Daniel asked as Ren was applying foundation to the male’s face and blending it down into his neck.
“When I was ten I took my sisters eyeshadow pallet and since then, I’ve gotten really into makeup. She helped me and so did watching so many YouTube videos. I’ve posted a few videos to YouTube but that’s really it.” Ren explained to the male. Daniel chuckled as he nodded.
“Older sister I’m guessing?” Ren laughed at the boy and began to over dramatize Daniel’s eyeshadow and liner.
“She got married a year ago to her childhood best friend. She’s an ADA for Staten Island’s Sex Crimes Bureau. My brother has been touring for soccer and isn’t really in the city much.” Lorenzo explained. Daniel nodded as he listened.
“I don’t have any siblings, wish I did though.” Daniel spoke. The boy working on his quickly finished up the makeup and chuckled.
“Damn, Daniel. You’re looking prettier than Alexa on one of her good days!” Marcus said. Alexa turned to him and smacked him.
“You’re such an asshole!” Alexa said and it just caused the male to laugh. Daniel slowly looked into the mirror and he just glanced at himself. He chuckled at the makeup.
“You couldn’t have gone for something natural, Ren?” Ren’s cheeks turned red as he quickly searched for the makeup remover.
“I-I can do that i-if you want.” Lorenzo said but Daniel chuckled.
“No, it’s fine. It’s not to bad actually. The last guy they assigned to me couldn’t blend worth shit.” Daniel said as he glanced at Marcus with a raised brow.
“Listen here, Danny. I forget to blend your eyeshadow for ONE performance and I never hear the end of it.” Marcus said. Everyone began to laugh and Ren looked around. Daniel quickly looked down at his phone and jumped out of the chair.
“I guess I have to get back to the stage. I can’t wait to spend more time with you, Ren.” Daniel smiled before he walked away. Lorenzo bit his lip some as he watched the male walk away.
“Can’t wait, Daniel…” Ren said as he cleaned up his little station and moved off to the side of the state to watch the male practice for the upcoming show.
