For the folks I've trapped inside a room with other media I once again have simply put up a ruse for another day, OC angst oh BOY yippee
Scarlette and Daniel have a great dynamic. The horrors
Tldr; Daniel was Scarlettes first friend but, as children, essentially used her to feel control in his life for once, abusing the fact she was a lonely person desperate for connections with her peers. He was a very bad friend.
He became a significantly better person since then, even changing a lot physically since she had last seen him.
She stayed so similar he recognized her immediately, she however didn't know who he was for awhile.
