I know why and that's it exactly... I rarely have contact with other people and when I do I get too excited or as you put it, overbearing. Thus making others not want to be around me. The reason I act this way is because I really just want people to become my friend... Sadly, that plan backfires. And I don't know how to do anything else, I've tried, believe me. But I'm so fricking socially anxious.. .

I would not call that social anxiety. More like emotionally unaware. People, generally speaking, respond to calm, polite, and sensitive attitudes. You let your emotions show too easily, and they therefore get out of control. Don't always apologize for the things you say either, it gets redundant.

You are young so, in part, it's emotional immaturity, which will develop out with age. Just remember that people respond positively to others who are calm and collected.
