Dreaming of Reveur by @danimal-crosssing

Took some time to visit my friend @danimal-crosssing‘s dream address (5A00-0010-6464)! Honestly this is such a great french-themed town to just settle down into and relax, I absolutely love it. (Can I just say, too, that setting up clothes for your visitors to put on is so brilliant?? I love it!)
Dani, your town of JeT’amie feels so homey and welcoming; it reminds me of the living room of my childhood home: nice and big, but cozy and comforting, like a little safe haven with plenty of views to the trees and a good snow outside. I grew up in the Colorado mountains, so as you can imagine there was lots of snow and trees to match, so this wintery theme to the town really drives in that nostalgic homey feeling for me. Your rooms are also set up brilliantly; I can totally feel the life in them, almost as if they’re real and your little mayor/second save actually live in them and carry on their day-to-day lives just like we do! I especially love the tea/study room in Dani’s basement.
The campground, too, is one of my favorite places just because of the pathway to get there. The little clover path is just so cute, and the archway to the right of it (I believe it’s to the right, I forgot T 0 T) is almost like one of those illuminated docks / bridges you’d go under in certain areas of city downtowns. Lots of familiar structures/designs and a lovely path that’s not too jarring or vibrant, yet fits perfectly with the roses and other flowers you have around. Speaking of paths, one of my favorite things you’ve done is place bushes in between some of your paths; I don’t know why, it’s just such a nice little touch! Almost like I’m in one of my college town’s plazas again; more good nostalgic feels!
In conclusion, I highly recommend this town if you want a really nice place to just go home and relax to, perhaps feel a bit nostalgic. Enjoy the scenery, pick up a bubble blower, grab a coffee, and enjoy the nice evening sunset and all the wonderful villagers.
