What if you made small changes?
For example if you like milk try almond milk (i personally like almond 60 calories) (theres like 30, 60, 120? I think there could be others idk) AND A PLUS I HEARD ALMOND MILK MAKES DEM TITTIES GROW jdjdhdbd (im a double d so i clearly wanna be a cow when i grow up bsmxhsjs)
Or sometimes you think you're hungry but you're dehydrated!!!
Im intermittent fasting and to fill me up later in the day I like drinking tea (either green, boludo (boldo), some Ecuadorian tea that an Ecuadorian family friend gave my mother and its 0 calories and soo good but i think you need to go into a latino supermarket to get it 😩)
Or drink before you eat it fills you more or something!!
And if you can; drop the sodas, potato chips, sugary foods or keep them at a low minimum (i know its really hard, like i always want sweets like i could eat sugar raw shsjbssb) its all about balance but for weight loss i think its best to drop them completely to get results becayse we all know you cant have 1 chip ya gotta have the whole 3 pound bag or until you regret it shsjdbdb
