Previous Gombe Representative, Ibrahim Dankwambo has supported Edo Senator, Godwin Obaseki for a second term in office.
The previous Accountant General of the Federation made the revelation on Twitter Monday night.
"I bolster my sibling and companion, Representative Godwin Obaseki for a subsequent term. Tit for tat", he tweeted.
The statement of help affirms what is required to occur in several days: Obaseki's transition to the PDP.
Dankwambo's sponsorship came hours after the divulgence by PDP Administrator in Edo, Tony Aziegbemi.
He reported that the governor, his deputy, Philip Shaibu and the whole All Progressives Congress (APC) structure in the state would defect soon.
Then, Kano Governor, Umar Ganduje, has embraced Obaseki's rejection from the June 22 APC essential political race.
Ganduje clarified that his explanation was the worry about "legal implications" that may emerge.
He refered to Bayelsa State where the gathering won the governorship survey yet was removed by the Incomparable Court over endorsement issues.
The Kano helmsman expressed that it was better for the gathering to evade a similar situation.
The governor said APC was "stressed over the legality of our activity.
We accept the national base camp of our gathering is doing everything necessary to remain on the correct course".
He anticipated that the gathering would win the Edo political decision and wouldn't like to "disregard whatever will go to be our gooney bird".
