I don’t know if you ever heard about the green cross code road safety ads with Jon Pertwee (SPLINK). I like to think that in the Whoniverse, the Doctor made those to kill time during his exile on earth. What do you think? Or maybe I could bring Interference into it like I did with the morgue story....what do you think? As odd as this question may be.

Yes, I think the ads were clearly intended to be in-character, so they fit neatly into the Earth exile timeline!
