Eurotrash happy techno sounds put a huge grin on my face. My guilty pleasure is Eurotrash techno and this piece, completely out of time from where it belongs, really captures that feeling. Layers of techno drums come in until the opening line. I hope you die. Peace dies right now. Yeah this may very well be the fun techno but the lyrical content is tongue in cheek nasty. Thumping bass that that idiot on your street plays in his car at 2 in the morning comes in. That sound of justifiable homicide as your windows are shaking from this fucking assholes sound system.
Hateful Love is just a warm embrace of the feeling of wanting someone to die. Happy techno, loud drums, overwhelming bass and that warm cozy feeling inside of wishing death upon your worst enemy. This is the kind of place I come to when everything inside is exhausted and I need an energetic pick me up filled with equal parts joy and fun, and hate and bitterness. Hateful Love is an anaesthetist to exhaustion when all that is left is this goddamn hate that will never die and the need to feel energy from anywhere.
Somedays complex problems can be so easily solved by just wishing death on some fucker who deserves it and if that is all that today can be. Well. Why not do it to a banging soundtrack filled with joy and hate? A Hateful Love if you will.
