10 years ago I created Techno Man, an affront to character design.
Today he's one of my favorite characters to sprite.
Never forget where you came from and how far you've gone.

here's a bunch of OMORI perlers I made a while back. These little guys stressed color accuracy more than anything else and I'm pretty happy with how they turned out (besides the sleeves of Basil's shirt, what was I thinking using that color for them???).
this is my first post regarding any sort of perlers, and I have plenty of them to spare so I'll try to start posting them a bit more consistently with my OC art.
I also do perler commissions, hit me up in messages if you want a sprite :)
Hi hello. participating in Artfight this year. posting this so I can copy it to my profile
that's all, see y'all there
Tekara now has a running animation! It's a little wonky but it works :)
On a similar note, I've uploaded their theme song to Youtube! You can find it here:
wait what the fuck no way I made this Tumblr in 2018
Well, to help celebrate, here's Confetti Cookie! She's a bit of a party animal, but burns through her energy quite fast, so she's really only suited for quick burst celebrations. Like this one!
She has more outfits than what you see above (called her "Lampshade" dress), but I'll show those later.
OC #4: Black Hole Cookie
This is Black Hole Cookie. Though her appearance is imposing and powerful, internally she's loony and unhinged with hunger.
She was the other founder of Crumbleton, and also the other half of the Great Galactic Gambit conflict as well. Just like him, she called for three new Cookies to be born upon her demise as a human—Timepiece, Chronicle and Blue Raspberry—which were all born at once, but one was sealed away in a cryogenics experiment, which angered her enough to give her the form she has now. When she was appeased at the same time as Dark Energy, she vowed peace and now serves as the other of Crumbleton's two deities.
and just like dark energy she has an outfit born from an rp event Unlike Dark Energy, however, this costume has a bit more of a purpose. It's a demonstration of what would happen to her if she was able to overcome her hunger and be a force for good. I call it "Black Hole Cookie's Shining Spiral Galaxy".
OC #2 - Dark Energy Cookie
This is Dark Energy Cookie, a heartbroken pessimist and huge softie that tries to stay imposing and aloof but in reality is quite thoughtful and forgiving.
Dark Energy Cookie is one of two founders of the city of Crumbleton, a small town of Cookies somewhere on Planet Concerto. As a human, he lived to be 80 with his wife Holly, who died 30 years prior and left him bereft. Before he died, he ordered three Cookies be created as his dying wish: Stargazer, Stellar Nurse, and Starfield, though only first was ever completed. When Stargazer was launched into the stars by Crumbleton's space program, mission control lost contact with her and he appeared the next day, vowing revenge on the people responsible for being so careless. That was several decades ago. These days, Dark Energy has been appeased, following the passing of an event known as the Great Galactic Gambit. He now serves as a deity figure for the people he once hated.
oh yeah and once for an RP event I stuck him in a tuxedo
OC #1: Tekara
The first of many! This is Tekara Nichols, a slightly smarter than average teenager who left their home galaxy one day to explore the universe.
Tekara is a hard worker; a bit of a perfectionist at times, but they understand what they need to do and why they need to do it. Though they're quite simple and speak at most as many words as one page of a children's picture book at any given time, they hold human emotion in high regard and do their best to please, using their strength, knowledge and perseverance to remain above the situation.
14; their gender is up for interpretation (they can use any pronouns you like).
