General warning for anyone out there in Ottawa area : if you see ads for apartment at 740 springland drive by a guy named Daniel Ercolani itd be better if you didn't rent from this guy as he is severely mentally unstable and is a danger to himself and those he lives with . Unfortunately , this is one of those cases where a disabled person uses his disability in an attempt to manipulate people .
