Day 25 - DAOS Jeans
Just across the street from where I work and less than a 2 minute walk (on a slow day) from where we live is the factory for DAOS Jeans. This local business employes 8 textile workers and a few other people who take high quality denim from Turkey and turn it into fashion jeans. Over the time we’ve been in Moldova we’ve watched them grow from a small local start-up to a national brand.
We love their jeans. We love their denim bags. Everything they create is well designed and high quality. We love supporting a local business. I hope to buy another pair or two before we leave.
