✌ My muse is having nightmare, calling out your muse’s name.

As always, her nightmares were about Trenzalore. They were about that day, about her echoes to be exact, but most importantly they were about him.

She could see him right there in front of her, and she was running. But no matter how fast she ran, he was always just out of reach. She was always too far away to push him from the path of danger, and tonight was no different.

She couldn't reach him and he couldn't see her, and even her desperate cry of "Doctor!" didn't seem to have any effect on him.

It did, however, have an effect on her. As the cry left her she bolted upright in her bed, her breath coming in quick gasps and her eyes tearing up. All she could see in front of her eyes were images of the Doctor falling lifeless to the ground. All she could think of was that she had failed in saving him.
