Triceratops, due to a rather unfortunately shaped skull, cannot wear top hats
however, they still manage to dress quite dapper.

Ornithopsis is a feathered, bow-tied, bowler-wearing party-o-saurus.
Sinraptors are quite dapper! Here they are in their natural (Jurassic) Victorian habitat. You can see the male sinraptor (the one with the grey tophat) doing the traditional mating dance. The female (wearing the riding hat) is not impressed.
