In the meantime, @brookethesunsurfer is gearing up for day 1 of her big paddle benefiting @flatwater here in Iceland!! • This Goodtype Tuesday is a friendly reminder to love one another, be kind, be good to each other, judge less and however you want to say it! We can never be reminded enough that we don't know everyone's story or background or what they've been through or what they are going through. We don't all have good days all the time. And it is not always easy to be good to each other whether it be to friends, family or strangers. This is just a friendly reminder. Whoa. Amazing entry by @letteringsoup for this week’s Goodtype Tuesday! • LUCK, it's a funny thing—whether you make it or it randomly strikes. Either way, it's something we wish upon someone when they are about to embark on a challenging endeavor or adventure! 

As you might know, our founder @brookethesunsurfer leaves for Iceland this week. She will begin her grueling 100km Stand Up Paddle for @flatwater ‪on July 30th‬, with 4 more days of paddling to follow.

She took on this challenge to raise funds and awareness for this amazing organization, which provides access to mental health support and therapy for anyone dealing with a cancer diagnosis.

Kicking off this week’s #GoodtypeTuesday is @aftrisletter! • This week, we've teamed up with Phoenix, AZ based lettering artist @laurenipsum_, who's message is to let our community know that there is room for all of us. This is a message about the divisive topic of style/genre copying, which seems to be a very polarizing topic among us, creating an energy that doesn't belong in the Goodtype community. 

We do NOT condone copying, which only you can answer how that is defined. Therein lies the debate. We'd prefer to give our energy into encouraging you to know that your art is within you. Your art is your art and no one can take that away from you. You are the only you in this whole Universe. Take power in that and create from within. Simply put, there really is room for all of us when we create from our hearts. Add something to the world only YOU can add. Keep it positive, love one another—create and don't hate.
