i just saw your post from earlier and i wanted to say i know how horrible it is, i used to be in the exact same situation and it's crushing. it's not the case of you doing anything towards your friends, i don't know how much they know but if you told them/if they already know i'm sure they understand that it's something you can't help & if you can i would definitely recommend some sort of therapy, it did wonders for my anxiety, and it gives you some hope :) hope you feel better soon <3

I hope they know it’s something I can’t help but it’s just so degrading and i don’t want to lose them because i never go out to spend time with them and they all seem so close and then there’s me. I really do want to try and get help, i’m just terrified to, but i’m glad it helped you feel better, thank you xo <3

it’s normal to be nervous :) everyone will be, just remember that you’re all in the same position & if you want to it’s a good idea to prop your door open while you’re unpacking so your flatmates can say hi if you’re in shared accommodation)

we dont really have like dorms where i live i dont if i should be thankful for that or no lol , but thanks really :)  i'll try to rest and calm down , it's just i'm not really a social person so that makes uni seem more intimidating *sigghhh*
