Well there was no need to be villainous about it. That’s just rude. You should have known about the bond Hiro and Gamamon shared. The way you went about it was just not okay and not forgivable. Everyone who was trapped in your flames could have completely been incinerated down to the soul (his Dread Fire attack “incarcerates the spirit”)

You know what they say about flymons, vinegar and honey.

Or in this case because it’s the Japanese version, ants (there’s seriously not an ant digimon?) and sweets (Amai mono ni ari ga tsuku).

You didn’t even warn the human you tried to save about the nature of your fire, you just said “we’re protecting you” when you had the time to warn him. You brought that on yourself.
