Rusted iron rod, one meter in length, with a wrought iron handle, curved at one end.
This ancient staff, believed by archeologists and anthropologists to be the staff of a Viking witch, was found buried with a woman, along with several other objects believed to be connected to sorcery. The staff was bent at the bottom, in order to prevent the witch from rising from the grave. The staff currently resides in Tulane University’s Special Collections Exhibit.
