Mark Gatiss is set to star in a new play on the West End – as a hysterical talking computer. The Sherlock, Doctor Who and League of Gentlemen actor is giving his voice to the part in Michael Dennis’s new play Dark Sublime, which runs at Trafalgar Studios from June 25-August 3.
‘A love letter to British sci-fi, the show explores the nuances of relationships, particularly in the LGBTQ+ community, looking at how experiences differ across generations.
Gatiss said he was pleased to be part of the “delightful, funny and touching” play, directed by Andrew Keate
Gatiss joins Marina Sirtis, who makes her West End debut in the play. Further casting is yet to be announced.’

Speaking of voices, also in the cast as a voice-only role is Mark Gatiss, who actually sent Marina the script after chatting to director Andrew Keates at a party. "He gave us the script! That's where the script came from," she revealed.
