Canon rules:

I do not bring up my father or Chocolate Bark in any capacity in big kin spaces, unless I am asked about them. If I do not want to interact with them (not out of hate, but for my own comfort), I need to be the one to make sure they have no reason to. And since being mean and impolite isn't kind, this means not bringing them up.

In smaller kin spaces, I do let myself talk about them, though I tend to avoid it if they are around. So far I've only met fictionfolk of my father, so if I do talk with them around I tend to mention how I was made from my father's dough at some point, because most seem to remember it differently or not at all, which helps me feel more comfortable because we don't share canons. I'll have to find a memory like that for Chocolate Bark too, if I ever meet him.

Had to take a break from drawing because I briefly considered giving younger me purple eyes (from my pretty purple costume) instead of red and the Dread™ hit me. Complex feelings booooo.

I'm having memories that feel vaguely related to Ovenbreak instead of Kingdom, lately and I REALLY don't want to go there. I know it'll just hurt and confirm my suspicions but mhhh. I should really look into it

Just hoping that the memories I have are just an add-on to mg canon in Kingdom instead of a different canon

I think I'm gonna make a sword for myself out of cardboard! Not. Not the evil, mind possessing, jam one. It only brought bad things, that one. The old one I used when I still was a prince. I miss having something to repeat at least the basic movements with.

I think I found my brother.

Our memories match, except for how old we were when I left (except we both aren't sure of it, and at most I have a rough guess), and he's the silly, kindhearted, brave boy I remember.

I'm happy to have found him, and I'm so glad our father was kinder to him and our sister.

And, Chip, if you're reading this - and, Witches, I kind of hope you're not because I'm not used to people I know reading my thoughts and feelings - I'm proud of you. You're doing wonderfully. I hope you'll find your partner soon. And, even if we don't end up being brothers, know you still deserve the world.

I'm so sorry, Father, you raised me as best as you could while leading a kingdom and recovering from the Dark Flour War, you were an amazing father and I miss you every day.

You only ever wanted me to succeed and be happy, even if you struggled to verbally express affection, you showed you loved me in the ways you knew how, I miss sparring with you.

I still remember the first time I ever "won" one of our spars, which in hindsight, I now know you let me win so that I wouldn't feel like I wasn't good enough, Father, you only ever had the best intentions.

You were a good father and an outstanding King, I'm happy I was your son.
