@darkcoat What Hinata was used to was run down buildings needing full updating and renovation. Floors being tore out, replastering for weeks, CARPET. Curse whatever floor puts carpet in their establishment. Counter tops, oh spirits, counter tops would be the death of her. And never forget door frames. There would be messes upon terrible messes that kept popping up. But, what the Maw wasn't was any of those. The first problem she was encountering was the egotism of the lady of the Maw. Truth be told, the Maw was on par with the best in the city. It was very well kept and modernized. But it needed touch ups. The trimming, especially. Trying to convey to the Lady that Hinata KNEW how to do her job without offending the woman was difficult. She did it, but difficult. Polishing needed touched up, the chairs were outdated. The Lady wanted it modernized so she had to find WHICH modern she wanted and run with it and what was that slurping noise? Vacant eyes strolled straight up to see a kid- kid?- behind the counter sipping a tall can of something. And just... staring at her. Slowly eyes drifted back to her papers, taking notes, circling pictures and information, waiting for mock draw ups; taking her time- - Slurp! Oh. That was obnoxious a little... Okay, so it comes down to modern European or modern Asian, and if it's a gala- - Slurp!! Pencil down, eyes drawn back up to find that the person- is that a kid?- had moved closer and was still very much sipping their... That was an energy drink? "Ma-may I help you?" May I help you throw that thing away...
