3. What’s your favorite fic that you’ve written?

Oh boy. Okay. I think I gotta do it by fandom, I don't think I have an overall fave. Bechloe - Magnolias and Speyburn or What Are You Doing New Year's Eve? (which I will put on ao3 at... some point!) Imodna - I like too many of my own tbh. That's why I wrote them. When the Stars Go Out I feel has to be on here. Rizzles - Hate to See Your Heartbreak (again, which I will put on ao3 at some point). Supercorp - the next thing I post is my fave of this pairing so far. It's called Shatter Me (Again and Again) - so far, I think. The struggle of a working title. But looking at just stuff I've published? Then it has to be Slow It Down since it's the only thing for them I've posted so far. I have plans for that one.

Absolutely. Truly so many that I can't list them all here, but here are a few examples. mosaic broken hearts by darkdisrepair - imodna. i want something just like this from jazzfordshire - supercorp. my heart's a secret (give me the words) from KelseyO - imodna. don't let her stick it to your heart - searidings - supercorp. some zari + flannel headcanons with more than a little zarlie for @darkdisrepair

before the legends we know zari was living in basically a dystopian argus state where they controlled expression of religion etc so they probably regulated clothing as well which meant she was used to wearing plain colours and clothes were a necessity more than something she took any interest in

then she’s got freedom to explore that more and a handy clothes fabricator at her fingertips

she could go for anything and she enjoys having more choice and loves wearing oversized flannel shirts with black jeans like that becomes her default Look™️

because flannel shirts are comfy and warm and she can wear red which everyone knows looks amazing on her and any colour she likes and it’s a small freedom of expression without having to put much thought into her wardrobe

so she’s accumulated quite the collection by the time she and charlie become a thing

charlie thinks she looks cute in anything but looks especially good in her flannel shirts with the sleeves rolled up and charlie’s been staring at the opened buttons at her collar for ten whole minutes before she snaps out of it

charlie likes how soft they feel under her hands when she has zari pressed against the wall in yet another heated make out session that gets interrupted by gideon making an announcement and for every different colour and pattern shirt zari has, charlie has had a fantasy about how she wants to rip it off

one night they’re in bed and charlie is just happy to sleep naked but zari’s like no out something on this isn’t fair so charlie really slowly gets out of bed and wanders over to the closet and puts on one of the biggest shirts she can find and it’s soft and smells like zari and she crawls back into bed and zari realizes what she’s wearing and is just like this is worse how dare you and neither of them get much sleep after that

on a more serious note, charlie stole one of the shirts and accidentally ripped it and tried to replace it but zari knew and didn’t speak to her for almost three whole days. she finally caved when she walked into her room to find charlie reclined on the bed in the replacement shirt and she’s like okay maybe the new one isn’t too bad maybe

what do you think vel and cinta's mbti personality types would be? for example- do you think they're both introverts, or is one of them a secret extrovert...

oh god, buddy, this has been sitting in my inbox because it's an ask that made me spiral with the possibilities. and also because i had to run through mbti types again because i literally can't remember any but my own (infp btw...)

cinta absolutely strikes me as introverted, but for me i'm struggling with whether or not she's more of an ISTJ (introverted, sensing, thinking, judging) or ISFJ (introverted, sensing, feeling, judging). the former is practical and fact minded but the latter is more of a defender, but feeling orientated. i think cinta DOES feel deeply and she's a defender through and through. but she's also rational and reserved, able to make logical decisions rather than the ones she feels.

SO with that long rambling I'm saying ISTJ.

but honestly vel's even worse because one of the things about vel is that she's a changeling. she's able to be whatever is necessary at the time, she can be a powerful leader and also a rich girl socialite. my gut is telling me that vel might be ISFJ OR ESFJ (extroverted, sensing, feeling and judging). leaning towards more of the former than the latter, because im thinking of leida's wedding and my girl spoke to like 3 people max and was NOT having a good time. might simply be because of circumstance, but also that's what im going with.

headcanons about zari & flannel?

i feel like my dumbass levels have reached new heights today because this ask genuinely stumped me. headcanons about zari and flannel, you mean like she wears it?? she looks good in it. charlie is stealing her shirts as we speak but other than that i feel like i’ve missed something really obvious here i’m so sorry i’m such an idiot

zarlie's first kiss?

alright this could go so many ways and i want to hear EVERY take on this

i wrote a zarlie fic that included their first kiss and it was charlie being impulsive and zari left a bit confused and there was a little bit of angst but i’m not going to bore you with the whole plot. in summary, they’re playing video games and charlie’s like well i just cannot figure out the controls show me and zari does and charlie takes advantage of them being so close to plant one on her and it’s very nice and sweet

but there are so many different directions you could go with this and i’m not kidding I WANT TO HEAR ALL OF THEM

being in the middle of an argument because charlie’s being reckless and zari’s yelling at her for making dumb decisions and charlie’s like WHY DO YOU EVEN CARE? and there’s a lull because zari doesn’t want to admit to that and there’s a moment of tension before The Big Kiss™️? HELL YES

having to go undercover for a mission and zari’s really getting into character with her girlfriend and charlie’s pretending she’s not on fire every time zari says that and they think someone’s on to them so they obviously have to kiss. for authenticity. for the mission. they have to kiss for the mission yup that’s why zari has charlie pinned to the wall, their hands all over each other, so engrossed in making out that they don’t hear sara standing like three feet away from them yelling that they can go and the missions over??? YESSSSSS

a gentle kiss that comes after they finally admit the way they feel and it’s new and uncertain and almost too quiet but the softest, most delicate kiss either of them have ever experienced and completely their breath away?? SIGN ME UP

what would be more interesting, a legends college au or an au where all the characters are actors?

i don’t think i’ve ever encountered a characters as actors au so that sounds pretty interesting. i’m pretty sure i’ve seen in the tags somewhere that there are a few college au type things floating around. i’ll be honest, i’m the actual worst and have an awful attention span so i can rarely invest in long, multi-chapter fic but if you like that kind of thing, definitely check that out.

the characters as actors au might be something really common in the fic world but as i said, i haven’t encountered it before so that could be interesting.

my mind is distracted right now by gerbil stuff but if anyone has headcanons about this please let me know
