was just doodling Darkel for funsies (I hate that woman so much :D), but decided the other page looked bare and thought who can I put there ah yes Livia

ignore the scribbles at the bottom, it's ballpoint pen so I had to keep the ink flowing sometimes

I think curly haired Livia is definitely my favourite to draw by far, but I was experimenting with what a president might wear, both in terms of hair and outfit, which was good fun :D

Normally I get kind of annoyed when a story pulls the whole “politician trying to gain power or public sympathy arranges for an assassination attempt against themselves that is conveniently nonlethal” thing, especially when every other character takes approximately nine centuries to even consider that possibility.

Because after a certain point I’m sitting there like gang. Please. The optics are TOO perfect. Somebody in this room needs to develop pattern recognition.

But the Gallifrey audios have honestly been pretty solid overall so far, and the rest of the audio around it is written well enough that I’m willing to let it have one little snack from the trope bowl.

Like alright. You’ve behaved yourselves. You can have one dramatic staged assassination attempt as enrichment.
