Meow? (Trick or Treat)
KITTY!
HAVE SOME TUNA.
A little baby elephant stumbles into your askbox, holding a small letter in his mouth. He hands the note to you, “I love you. You are a wonderful, loved person." Pass it on to the first ten people on your dash.
ooc:
[text] Hey Ray, haven't spoken to you in a while.
"Hey, Emily. It's been too long, how have you been?"
dark-emily started following you
He didn't even take time to wonder who that woman could be. He just clucked and turned his head around and started to whistle, ignoring her.
Second Chance (@dark-emily)
"...Hello?"
Ray sat in his room holding his phone up to his ear, fumbling with the scrap of paper Emily had given him.
"Hey, it's Ray. I was just wondering if you'd like to join me at this party. See, my teammate, Kent, he's a popular rich boy. His current girlfriend is throwing a birthday party, and she wanted his whole team to come, including me. So, uh, he wants all of us to not look like losers, so he wants all of us to bring a date. And, uh, well, I'm too nervous to ask the girl I actually like, so I just figured it'd be fun with you. You know, get to know each other. As friends. It's just a little semi-formal thing. You in?"
dark-emily replied to your post: Hi
I think it is too late for me. Nobody trusts me as far as they can throw me and I don’t blame them. Sorry to crush your hopes but that’s the truth. As for my number. Here *hands him scrap of paper* Might as well have it.
"That's the thing. You think it's too late for you. It never is, as long as you're alive. At least, you'll never know for sure if you don't try," Ray responded. "And thanks! Here's mine," he said, giving her a scrap of paper as well.
