Lamp
The medium is graphite pencil and charcoal on paper. I made this black and white drawing of a desk lamp last month in my free time to practice.
The lines around the lamp shade and stand are very subtle and I used the graphite pencil to draw a very fine, light grey line that is hard to see. I drew a bold black line with black charcoal around the top of the lamp. I used a black charcoal to shade in the light grey background and the lamp shade and stand. I applied a darker stronger shading to create darker values and shadows.
