PUT A ღ IN MY INBOX TO MY MUSE'S REACTION TO YOURSPINNING THEM DOWN IN THE COUCH

Clint had been sleeping in his apartment, becauseof course it was the middle of the night, but moreoften than not he fell asleep on the couch with hisT.V. on, trying to do everything but fall asleep. If itwasn’t nightmares he had to worry about, it wasa certain monster cloaked as a man that stalkedhis house, and despite the security measures thehawk tried installing and even went ‘on watch’ inhis own place, it didn’t seem to make a difference.
As usual, he awoke to the distant muttering ofsome insignificant commercial or other on the T.V.,and he sighed in thought, grabbing the remote andswitching the power off. Barton was just beginningto stand off the couch and onto his feet as, out ofthe corner of his highly-trained eyes, he caught aflash of movement, before a sudden weight wasatop him out of nowhere, like lightning— but muchheavier, as it pinned the agent to his couch, andeven though the faded glow of the T.V. was nolonger there, he could tell by the faint outline ofthe figure above him, along with the sheer strengthand possessive manner in which he was grabbedwho had pounced on him. The only one who could.
“Urghk— good to see you too, Cal.
Now get off of me.”
