I've seen only one OLCC licensee announce a charitable project for OMMP patients even though Division25 rules plainly state that 100% Discounting is Legal through dispensaries. Anyone with excess can give away, offer for wholesale or do three for one to anyone with OMMP status and yet nobody cares. Happy Solstice Everyone!
