NEW AU IDEA??????? so basically after howard left the island, he noticed that he had sprouted a pair of arms on his back, and whenever he goes into the dark, an entirely new entity possesses him until he goes back into the light. this entity is called the darkness and is completely opposite from howard, being more confident with his feelings and more mischievous as such. also first time drawing howard on digital so it might look bad 😅
