What's the Road To Isolation AU???

Path to Isolation, at first this was gonna be awful and shed a very bad light on Dark but I was like ‘but what if I made it more Dark whump and less Da Yin whump?’ So After World Burn Da Yin, Dark, and Actor Mark are constantly fighting every other week, and Actor Mark may have accindetally knocked Da Yin against a wall a little too hard and caused head injury (no brain damage thankfully) but Da Yin got memory loss and has no memories from right after being trapped in the mirror to now. Well shit

So everyone has no idea what to do and they really don’t wanna force Da Yin through some of the trauma they went through (isolation, learning about their family, etc etc) so they decide to wait and hope it comes back gradually. Dark is very conflicted, because this Da Yin doesn’t hate him, they seem to adore him (they think he’s Damien just more tired) but he knows it’s wrong so he keeps trying to tell them but he can’t find the right words to say. He knows Da Yin will be furious when they remember but he can’t help but adore the moments when he’s able to brush their hair back or hold their hand without them flinching or backing away with scathing remark. Host is sad, Dark is Sad, EVERYONE IS SAD OR SOON TO BE SAD

I should change the name cause that title was based on the first draft of the au which was more fucked up (might listen to the song again to see if it still applies)

Hell yeah everyone’s sad, when Da Yin gets their memories back it’s even more depressing and part of them feels embarrassed that Dark saw how vulnerable they were and it makes them even angrier at him
