So I haven't read Lynn Viehl's Darkyn series since late middle school early high school. I was looking for a specific book that was packed away, but I've been so bored that I started rereading the series. I thought I was done reading vampire smut...guess not.

Warning: Book Rant

I don't think I've ever felt so offended. How can someone compare this book series to TWILIGHT!? The first book from the series was released BEFORE Twilight was published. How can an ADULT novel be inspired by this, especially when it's a continuation to an ongoing series with so many plots and twists that center on all the characters rather than the two main characters. ASDFGHJKL UGHH!
