What's sub drop if I may ask?

okay, here’s the quick and easy version because i’m a certified dumb ass.  during sex, there’s a whole lot of hormones going, right?  endorphins and all that.  if you’re a sub, there’s even more because you’re feeling both pain and pleasure and your endorphins basically go from like, 10 to 100.  oftentimes, after a session, the sub’s endorphin level drops drastically, leaving the sub feeling fatigued, sad, and sometimes even depressed.  it can last for just a few hours or even days, and sometimes weeks.  it’s kind of like a sugar crash, but with endorphins.  your body needs time to rebuild and recover, and can often feel like a hangover.

i’ve had many, many sub drops.  it’s a lot more common than people realized.  what’s important is taking care of yourself/your partner after.
