Valentine sits lazily at his desk, filling out an official-looking form as usual. He’s always been rather busy, but that‘s to be expected with how important being the president is. When he isn’t working, he’s usually busy in some other way: taking a walk or a nap, mapping out places for his plans, etc etc. it’s always been rather difficult to find a free spot for him, and he’s usually aware of that. Not that he likes being away from his wife; he loves her very much and wants to spend as much time as he can with her. However he tends to fill up his schedule without thinking, and the result is hardly any time to spend with his dear wife. However, today he would try to find an open spot- he’d been preparing this for months, really: the perfect amount of free time to go on a walk or to take Scarlet shopping- or maybe a romantic dinner.
He finishes filling out the paperwork, setting his pen down with a satisfied sigh and turning around to face the room she’s in. ‘Scarlet, would you come here for a moment?’
Well now Scarlet is certainly excited! She understands her husband is busy, so she always makes sure to mark off her calendar on the days she’ll be able to spend with him. She doesn’t even need to write much except for a cute little heart mark which is enough of a statement to express her excitement for spending time with her husband. Despite being married to him for fifteen years, she was still as excited to spend time with him and felt just as, if not more, in love with him now as she did then.
Of course when she heard him speak she was very quick to go be by his side... She wasn’t sure what was planned for the day, but it didn’t matter what they did as long as they spent time together. She could feel her heart racing with such excitement at the thought of being near her husband!
“Yes, my darling~? What is it?”
