After losing my wallet on the bus, chasing and losing the bus after 15 blocks, hitching a ride w/ another bus driver (thank you Peter) to the bus depot and then adventuring deep into Bushwick to hunt down the bus with my wallet... It's been a day🙄. But miracles do happen and I still can't believe it, but I got it back!! For days like these, there's nothing I could crave more than a creamy (comforting) Chanterelle Soup. Made a great recipe tonight from the #fireandicecookbook by #darragoldstein 🔥+❄️ (at The Gretsch)
