Hi! I'm really sorry if you would rather not be bothered with a question like this, but I saw you were a developer at Neopets. I lost my very first account due to a security breach ages ago (it had a very very insecure password--I was 12, and it was 2004 :( ). I've been trying to reach Neopets, but the ticketing system doesn't respond. Do you have any idea how I can reach someone for help? Feel free not to answer if you would rather not think about work! Thanks for your time!
Okay apparently there is no option to answer asks privately anymore?? Unless I am just missing it, but sorry for putting you on blast.
It's probably better if this is answered publicly so others can see too! So I am but a humble programmer, and I cannot personally help with tickets in any way, so the only advice that I can really give is the same advice that other users give!
Post your ticket# and issue on the Help Neoboards, specifically I think there is a Highway to Help recurring board
DM the Neopets Facebook account with your ticket#

I'm not totally even sure if this advice still works, or who actually reads the DMs now, but this is what I've always been told to do as a user, and it has worked for me in the past!
I think it just makes them aware that you're really serious about returning to the site so they escalate it, I don't really even know why this works tbh
