It depends what it is? You should NEVER EVER take expired antibiotics, but some other things are probably safe.

Maybe they’ll cure Katherine. After that episode I’m not putting anything past them.
It's certainly possible, and it would almost be interesting. But then I suppose they would have to lock her up for years because I don't think she'd stick around to be used as a human donor. She doesn't have anyone to be loyal to anymore.
