At her Embassy next to the Church just a ways off from the Hazbin Hotel, mostly to be in safe distance from how many destructive characters that place attracted. It was fairly protected now given everything that happened, there would be no hostilities tolerated in her district. Let alone by those who respected the Seraphim for what she did against the bomb, not even considering how much she continues to do now down here for them. Now taking a serious, 'calm determination' tone as those hips wiggled with thumbs-pointed to herself and that she would proclaim, "So do not resist, I am inevitable. And come on down and give 'the scary Seraphim' a hug and eat some delicious bbq if you think you're 'brave enough for it', mothertruckers." Standing still now, but her wings also betrayed her voice as they would flap and fluff in excitement and adoration.

War declared.

Walking around his domain, proclaiming his defiance and war-song like word as the time to challenge the mortal realm and the Heavens above brewed in the background. The forcible return of Hell's Supreme Queen and his Sister as a Prime Evil to The Royal Family of Hell had come at the violation of Adam attacking The Princess of Hell, nullifying the pact to not strike at Hell's most major powers and its nobility- giving him the chance he has been waiting for in the aftermath of it all. The original deal between the two factions unveiled to him and all as she remained captured by the enemy- though he would not speak of its true nature or the agreement.

And for that, he could wait no longer lest he lose himself to his undying and infinite rage. For the diplomats of Hell can busy themselves and Satan would leave The Virtue of Hell's Court to use 'pretty words' to succor the sycophants and spineless worms of her kin in Heaven that refuse his demands.

"All of Hell, hear me or face my eternal torment in your damnation."
