Fellow Diabetic Omni-Pod users!
I’m not sure how many users out there are type 1 diabetics that use the Omni-Pod Dash system, but I have a question for you guys. Have you noticed that the PDM for the Dash system has an awful battery life? I had my machine yesterday and around 7:00 it was at about 45%, and then it was completely dead when I needed to check my blood sugar at 4:00 am. I find it kind of crazy that I needed to suspend my basal rate this morning due to a low level but couldn’t because my machine was dead after not using it that much between 7 pm and 4 am. Anyone else come across this?
