yeah they have some things in common + both do the Weird Small Town Horror thing but i feel like tp is more abt finding horror in the normal/mundane while the horror of wntv is a little more....... idk, broad-based, if that makes sense
yeah that makes sense. hm idk i never really liked the whole 'horror in the mundane' trope personally because for me like, i already find terror in mundane things bc of paranoia and anxiety. i dont need a tv show to explore that for me
