I imagine I'm having bad half-asleep dreams because of my old ass broken mattress, making it hard for me to breathe, which means I should really try to get a new one because I can't be consistently having dreams about people stealing my blood and suffocating me
Has a dream about one of those stories where a guy is given godhood over a growing race/society and has to help build it up, and for the most part it proceeded as those stories tend to go: rival god that the person knows, trusted apostle that takes things far for better or worse, , with only a few tangents like a random bit where the mon crashed into earth and suddenly all the marvel/dc heroes were there (time got turnt back and tose characters never became relevant), another god trying to help kills a guy and the mc had to deal with the fallout due to magic of that scale being unexplainable to the police
Oh wait, at one point the dream was about something entirely different and was about marvel heroes going to college, and it was nice cause squirrel girl was there and she was trying to introduce herself to the class but was shy, so she tried handing out acorns but they were those fake acorns used as decoration so the only person who accepted them passed out, but the teacher was nice and pivoted the direction into talking about how animal companions aren always perfect
Overall, entertaining dream
I had a dream that pop team epic had a ffxiv collaboration where they made their own version of the omega fight, and it had to be done in duos and required balacning like two mechanic of defending against gigant pipimi fists and popuko beans, and if you failed even one mechanic you wiped
the reward was a mount that played "let's pop together"
I'm glad I'm done with schooling because I had a dream that I had to do a presentation on a game I 100% don't have on file or else they'd take my degree away and that's scarier than any freddy fast bear
Had a Madagascar dream but it kind if was just the plot of 3 again where they go off and decide whether they need to change their lives or settle down (okay maybe that wasn't the plot of 3 it's been forever and I don't think I watched all of it) except they pick up a random african bug cat, and it's much more framed as the characters having a mid-life crisis and trying to uproot everything just for the sake of having an "adventure", for a very small instance Fionna from Shrek was there so I think my brain was just mixing in the plot of Shrek 4
Had a dream about one of those monster tower/rpg becomes real kind of settings where an inventor goes through it and creates incredibly powerful mobs and it does the typical "guy gets super powerful at the end but lost too much" so he ends up going back in time to try and live a normal life, but then a different tower shows up and this time monsters come out that end up being all the ones he made, so he has to team up with people he trusted but lost last time to stop his monsters/himself (and you KNOW we've got the rival/original MC esque character who begrudgingly accepts his help but eventually starts respecting his power, some real prime yaoi bait)
Anyway, the real thing the dream was about is that it was actually an animated show I was watching, and at the end after doing a shot of the guy protecting a bunch of kids by helping his party defeat a seemingly overwhelming raid of mods by calculating what some monsters would do to such a degree that one of the people he was protecting figured out that the only way he could know that is if he designed them, it plugged a real MMO, and then it turned out that the MMO was long dead, and the series had no way of continuing, and the next best thing that the studio who made it had worked on was an angry birds cartoon series on netflix
I've been having disney dreams (or maybe it was just the one dream but it felt longer?) where I guess like that one descendants show, most of the characters are just doing their thing in the real world or are in charge of a magical school, and after a dramatic introduction a disney characters usually ends up either employed as a guard or teacher at said school
And while genie chilling out on campus feels natural, somehow Elsa from Frozen got like a whole arc about being used to her powers and processing her grief over her lost childhood (I never watches the sequels), and then because she doesn't really have much skills outside of ice powers she becomes roommates with Peter Pan who was somehow also Robin Hood after he's like "okay we're both broke and we have nothing better to do, but we do have magic powers and this place will hire literally anyone as guards"
I occasionally have a matrix dream that's already usually weird in how it dances around the fact that I've never actually seen the original movies
For some reason this time I was a giant transgender sloth (still got to keep my name) and the process of exiting ranged from jumping off a building and getting to terminal velocity, to going through a sega all stars ass car chase and trying to get through a portal and accidentally ending up in minecraft
One of the people I was hiding out with kept having anti-capitalist rants, and another was basically just Luis from Ant Man
There was also a cat who saved the life of a different person, and that was somehow further motivation to take the jump to honor the cat and save it once we got out, but I don't think they put animals in the matrix and it didn't even work cause where it happened the building was too short
