I feel like I'm constantly being lied to. I'm just doing what I can to look past it all and believe what he has to say. On a better note. I'm taking on the squat challenge and running 2 miles a day. Well running and walking. No way in hell I can run two miles. BUT I also did 30 sit ups. I know it's not much but it's a start. Started with 50 squats. I did my sit-ups, and then went for my run/walk. After my squats my legs felt like jello. But it'll be worth it when I have that perfect ass 👌👍🙏👐 Even after the month for the challenge is up, I'm gonna continue working out. It's time for me to be confident about myself. One step at time.
