Gimmick! - Strange Memories of Death
made-up fic title: Before the Last Star Fades
not to be angsty but
If I were to write a fic with this title, it would be gen with a focus on Pidge. She finds information on her father’s location and she and Matt abandon the team to get him. Sam is seriously injured as they’re escaping and the wound kills him before they can make it back to the pods.
send me a made-up title and I’ll tell you what I’d write (post)
Child No More [A.K.A Fluff Central] || @ Seiryuu
maskedseiryuu
Not fair. This was totally not fair.
He’d been on pins and needles around the blue dragon lately. The other always seemed to be looking out for him lately. Whether it was in their occasional skirmishes with bandits or while they were out hunting. Before the Ouryuu ever knew it, whenever he was being attacked, whether by people or animals, falling into lakes or rivers, or out of trees, the Seiryuu was always there.
Of course, it wasn’t just the Seiryuu. All of the other dragons had been trying hard to protect him lately. They were just supposed to be kids. He remembered them all when they were little, even if they didn’t really remember meeting him. They’d grown taller and older than him (well, as far as his appearance went), not to mention stronger. How could those little kids have grown so fast?
And why was it he was so focused on Seiryuu?
Sure, Seiryuu was the one who protected him most often. Zeno was also often around the blue dragon -- moreso than the others. So it was natural the other male was often on his mind. Still... Zeno couldn’t understand why, but he was cursing the fact that he’d been frozen in time at such a young age. How the others had so quickly grown bigger and more mature in appearance than he had. It just wasn’t fair.
Still -- he owed Seiryuu his thanks for helping him out in that skirmish with the bandits earlier. He had to approach the other. So he dropped out of the tree branch he’d been watching the other in. They had some free time before they’d get back on the road, and Zeno wanted to use the time properly -- for what purpose, even the Ouryuu didn’t know yet, honestly. He just wanted to properly express his gratitude to Seiryuu. That was all he knew.
(☀☽) “Seiryuu, Seiryuu!~”
Luckily, the Ouryuu was a master at hiding his true feelings. For the time being, he’d just express his gratitude for the taller male always looking out for him. That much was simple. All these other complicated thoughts would be pushed to the side. The thoughts about how unfair it was that the other had gone from being a small child to being so much taller than him. How the little boy that was always following around the previous generation’s Seiryuu like a lost child had become so strong. How Zeno was starting to see this dragon less and less as a child and more as -- more as what? Either way it didn’t matter. Gratitude.
(☀☽) “Zeno wanted to thank you for earlier. With the bandits. You really helped him out of a tough spot there.”
Well, it wasn’t like he could have died from it, though. Still... It had made him happy.

The Night Of Mixed Feelings @ Adamantbull
The night was quiet, a few storm clouds up in the horizon painted the pitch black sky, with the exception of stars illuminating the sky. Hopefully there was no chance of rain tonight, for it was a nice breeze night.Sitting on a park bench, the lions fingers interlocked with the bull's.
Lips having a smile graced upon, honey orbs just gazed at his princess. Still funny, how a guy like him got a like her. "I'm glad i'm spending this night with you." Smiling, lips pressed against her cheek.
A pair of Gems// Gemma and Gemma
Gemma sat on the bench in the park, enjoying a peanut butter and banana sandwich. She was able to scrape enough loose change from under her couch cushions to buy one. At least her pay check was enough to cover the living expenses of the apartment that was no better than a glorified box with running water. She let out a huge sigh. The birds scuttling around the street Chirped happily. "A gift." She said and tossed the bread crust in their direction.
